Description

The Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) is a publicly available EPA database that contains information on toxic chemical releases and waste management activities reported annually by facilities in certain industries as well as federal facilities. This data set contains TRI's Current Data, which is periodically updated to reflect revisions and withdrawals of TRI reports from previous Reporting Years. For snapshots of TRI's annual data as it was initially released (without updates to reflect revisions and withdrawals), please consult TRI's archive of National Analysis data at http://www.epa.gov/tri/.
